How does the bot connect to my exchange? Do you have access to my money?
No. The bot connects to your exchange via an API key with limited permissions (trade only — no withdrawal permission). Your money never leaves your exchange, never passes through us. You generate the key, connect it in the panel, and the bot trades. If you ever want to switch it off, revoke the key at the exchange and the bot stops immediately.
Which platforms does the bot support?
Zayion AI operates on two international partner exchanges of Bianchi Capital: BingX and Gate.io. On both, the connection is via API key (trade only, no withdrawal permission): you open your account, generate the key and connect it in the panel. On both you can earn cashback on trade fees: up to 5% on Monthly Flex and up to 20% on Annual Pro. What if the bot loses money? Do you refund the trade?
No. The bot runs with configurable risk management — you define how much you're willing to lose per trade and in aggregate. But markets carry real risk, and no serious bot promises loss-free trading. How much time a day do I need to keep an eye on the bot?
